Bend ❤️ LHH
We have worked with LHH since 2020 and have watched the team and organization go through incredible sprints, efforts and reorganizations to position LHH as the go-to HR partner.
Examples of our work with LHH
-
We worked with LHH on their pilot for the first-ever HR eCommerce solution. Groundbreaking, industry-changing, and really difficult to pull off.
-
Data is the best, when you can trust it. We worked with LHH to help build a system of governance and clarity around their data strategy.

Set it and connect with your customers with exactly what they need - then optimize it many times to get the experience perfect. That’s what it takes to have a successful marketing automation operation.

eCommerce Pilot Support
Working with the eCommerce team at LHH, Bend helped with the initial rounds of UX and UI development. We explored what it meant to be the first-to-the-market to offer HR consulting services via eCommerce and how customers can perceive and engage with that experience (hint: it’s not an easy transition from working with sales reps to transacting via Shopify).

Analytics & tag management
Data is the backbone (or should be) of any marketing and sales organization. For LHH, we worked with them to take a data system that was a free-for-all without any organizational structure and begin to turn it into a tool with guidelines, recommendations, organizational KPI and expectations. The end result: a system you can trust.
Coordination with vendors and stakeholders
Evangelism of data needs and structures
Reporting cadences and deliverables
Migration support to GA4 from UA
Marketing automation
When we came in, LHH already had one of the most robust, active marketing automation systems we have seen. Their use of Pardot was beyond the typical, enabling them to do fairly complex segmentation, targeting, and delivery of qualified people to sales. The team's next steps have been taking the powerful engine and making it hum. From connecting external tools into the marketing automation stack to speed up the delivery of qualified people to sales, to developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enable dozens of global marketers to deliver at the expected caliber of expertise, marketing automation at LHH will be the team that enables incredible growth.
