Discussions began with RISE early in the company’s inception. We discussed development opportunities and the best way to go from idea to app, eventually helping them find the development partner that helped bring RISE to life: Headway.
After the app was developed and was well-loved by its users, we started talking with the RISE team again to discuss how they wanted to position and scale the company. Catch-up led to conversions. Conversations led to proposals. Proposals led to projects. And a lovely working relationship was formed.

Analytics & tracking
With an app and website, there was no shortage of data available for the RISE Futbol team. But data is only as useful as its intention, and the team wasn’t sure where to focus. We helped them identify what data mattered and how to use the data to create reports, automations, and engagement programs to help players get the most of the platform.
Development prioritization and management
We worked with the RISE Futbol team to figure out how to best work with their development resources, including:
Bug list creation and curation
Ticket creation and management
Vendor identification and coordination
With the development process in place, we were able to quickly fix issues as they arose and keep the app available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Content development
Elite soccer players need content and support to become soccer players who make travel teams, D1 scholarship rosters and the pros. We worked with the RISE Futbol team, the players, and reviewed the analytics to create content that helped plays become successful. The content proved to be exactly what RISE needed to drive awareness and new subscribers:
